Our philosophy

We work in whatever way means maximum value for you.

If we’re charging you on a time basis, we’ll charge you for the time we actually spent working for you, and not in “six minute units”. Where we can, we’ll charge you a fixed fee, or a capped fee (we may come under, but we won’t charge over). If more issues come up than we thought at first, or if it looks like we’re going to go over, we warn you in advance so you can take whatever steps you need.

We don’t want to sit on the sidelines; we want to be intimately involved with your business. If you can’t get away from the office, we’ll come to you. We’ll even work out of your offices, if that’s what it takes to make sure that you get the advice that you need. The more we know about you, the better advice we can provide.
