Trust Deeds
We prepare and advise on family discretionary trusts in the context of usual business operations and tax planning. We can assist in the establishment of unit trusts in the context of partnerships or other joint ventures for property development or otherwise.
We also prepare private superannuation trust deeds for the purposes of estate planning and retirement planning. We do this in consultation with your accountant and financial advisor.
