Tony Crilly - Principal

Tony is the Principal of Crilly Lawyers and was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland and High Court of Australia. He is a graduate in Bachelor of Laws from QUT and commenced business in 1995. He has extensive experience in trusts, estate planning, superannuation, business succession and dispute resolution. Drafting commercial agreements is a major platform of the business. Often this is in the context of succession strategies for business owners.
Tony has a wealth of experience in Estate Planning, Administration and Family Provision Applications.Tony is a member of The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) the Tax Institute and FINSIA. He presents to many industry groups in insurance and succession law. He is passionate about giving advice individually designed for clients in a practical and personal way.

Kerry Harth - Associate

Kerry is an Associate to the business and has extensive experience in Commercial and Property matters. Since the year 2000 Kerry has developed a niche set of skills for clients seeking to transfer key assets through Family Trusts and self managed super funds, for private or investment purposes.
Kerry assists our clients in setting up Family Trusts and Super Funds and integrating these into a total succession strategy.
Part of her expertise is to ensure commercial leases are signed for our client's business, trusts and Self Managed Super Funds.

Joanne Carusi - Associate

Joanne is an experienced commercial lawyer that manages the Succession Planning and Estate Administration area of our business. This includes preparation of complex wills including testamentary discretionary trusts, enduring powers of attorney and statements of wishes. Joanne ensures a smooth process when managing estates and resolving any disputes. Joanne has previously worked in a Private Bank environment so she is well versed in the needs of high net worth individuals. Joanne has unique experience which adds value to our clients.

Ben Ades

Ben Ades is a Law Graduate from QUT in Bachelor of Laws and International Business. He is admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland . He assists Kerry and Joanne in Property, Leasing and Sucession Law matters. Ben enjoys helping clients resolve disputes in estates and preparing effective estate plans.
He has experience with small business clients and assists in delivering taylored client outcomes.

Daniel Dash

Daniel Dash is a law Graduate from the Unitversity of Queensland in Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Science and has completed the PLT Course at QUT. Daniel currently works in our Commercial, Trust, Revenue and Dispute Resolution Area. Prior to joining our team Daniel assisted in the Medico-Legal Section at the Mater Hospital Brisbane. He has been involved in charitable work with the Edmund Rice Foundation. He is admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Quensland and adds a great deal of technical knowledge to our team.

Linda Bartley - Chief Financial Officer

Linda is our Chief Financial Officer and works with our clients in relation to the management of accounts, issue of statements and payment for our services.
It is an important part of the relationship with clients to make sure we have clear communication and a focus on solutions.
In the context of the client agreements we sign with our clients Linda is intent on ensuring that each file is accurately managed every time. Linda handles all trust money paid in anticipation of costs and expenses on matters and any investment accounts.
Linda acts as a manager of our systems and procedures which we constantly strive to improve for the benefit of our clients.

Katrina Wessling

Katrina is a senior legal assistant to the Principal Tony Crilly in the areas of Business Succession, Commercial and Administration. Her experience in document creation and Succession law are integral to Katrina's high end capabilities. As part of our client care management system Katrina is responsible for our communication with clients, internal mangement systems and document management.

Angela Howard

Angela is our senior estate planning secretary and administration support.
Angela provides an essential link to our clients and assists in producing high quality legal documents in conjunction with our Associate Joanne Carusi.

Janis Smith

Janis assists with all of our property and conveyancing matters in conjunction with Kerry Harth. In dealing with clients direct Janis manages the process throughout a transaction in a friendly and professional way.

Melanie Louden

Melanie manages is our client relationship manager and provides internal administration support to the team. She assists with client data, client services and client communications (including newsletters and information fact sheets). Melanie covers the vital role of reception, archive management and client identification.


Catherine McKenzie

Catherine is in charge of our External support for Knowledge Management.
She provides us with valuable document creation services and assists with the technical directory structures and data base.
