Tony Crilly - Principal
Tony is the Principal of Crilly Lawyers commencing business in 1995. He has extensive experience in estate planning, superannuation, business succession strategies and mediation. Drafting commercial agreements is a fundamental strength and a focus of the business. This is in the context of succession strategies for business owners.
Tony has a wealth of experience in litigation and dispute resolution including Family Provision Applications arising from estates.
Tony lectures at FINSIA in estate planning (The Securities Institute) and presents to many industry groups in succession law.
David Purvis - Consultant
Heather Beckingsale - Associate
Heather is our commercial and intellectual property Associate and can assist our clients to structure, identify and protect the elements of their business for growing, maintaining and selling the value in the business.
David Pattearson - Associate
David is our dispute resolution expert and will assist our clients to preserve the value in their business or uphold contractual rights for our business clients.
Paul Napier - Associate
Paul is our tax specialist and can assist in relation to CGT, stamp duty, land tax, superannuation, trusts, R&D and customs duty, small business rollover relief and concessions, mergers & acquisitions and structuring transactions.
Kerry Harth - Associate
Kerry is an Associate to the business and has extensive experience in commercial and property matters. Kerry joined the firm in 2000 and has developed a niche set of skills for clients seeking to transfer key assets through Family Trusts and self managed super funds.
Kerry assists our clients in establishment of Family Trusts and SMSF Trust Deeds and their integration into an overall succession plan.
It is part of her area of practice to ensure adequate commercial leasing arangements are established for those SMSF that have property ownership.

Linda Bartley - Accounts Manager
Linda is our Accounts Manager and works with our clients in relation to the statements and payments for our services.
It is an important part of the service that we offer clients in building on our business relationship that we maintain clear communication regarding our accounts.
In the context of the client agreements that we establish with our clients Linda is focused on ensuring that clarity in our statement format is achieved every time.
Linda acts as a manager of our systems and procedures which we constanttly strive to improve for the benefit of our clients.

Angela is our senior document manager and client liason manager.

Janis assists with all of our property and estate planning matters.
Nikki Foster
Nikki is our part time legal support secretary which covers the role of documentation, reception, archive management and client liaison services.
Leanne Rogan
Leanne assists with all of our litigation matters.
Catherine McKenzie
Catherine is in charge of our External support for Knowledge Management.
