Daniel Dash
Daniel completed a dual Bachelor of Science and Laws at the University of Queensland in 2010 and joined Crilly Lawyers as a law clerk in 2011.
Daniel was admitted as a legal practitioner in September 2011. He has a special focus on business structures, business succession, transfer duty, capital gains tax as well as superannuation.
Daniel is a first point of contact for business owners with legal enquiries. Daniel has experience in both large and small commercial transactions including sale and purchase of shares in private companies, private equity acquisitions and business conveyancing. A core area of his work is the preparation of Business Succession agreements for business owners, which may be funded by insurance.
